Dr. Sakib M. Adnan is a board-certified general surgeon with advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive, bariatric, and foregut surgery. He is currently practicing with Las Vegas Surgical Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he provides comprehensive surgical care with a focus on advanced minimally invasive techniques.
Dr. Adnan earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Einstein Healthcare Network/Jefferson Health in Philadelphia. He then completed a specialized fellowship in Minimally Invasive, Bariatric, and Foregut Surgery, gaining extensive experience in complex gastrointestinal and advanced laparoscopic procedures.
In addition to his clinical training, Dr. Adnan has been actively involved in academic medicine, contributing to surgical education, research, and innovation. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented at national surgical conferences, with research interests spanning from trauma surgery to bariatrics outcomes.
Dr. Adnan is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and holds certifications in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques.
