Bruce J. Hirschfeld, MD

Bruce J. Hirschfeld, MD, FACS, is a board-certified vascular surgeon with more than 30 years of experience providing comprehensive vascular and endovascular care in Southern Nevada. He currently practices with Las Vegas Surgery Associates, where he specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex arterial and venous disease, including advanced endovascular interventions. He also has extensive experience in advanced wound care management.

Dr. Hirschfeld earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, magna cum laude, from Duke University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Baylor College of Medicine. He completed both his general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine and Baylor University Medical Center in Houston and Dallas, Texas.

He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Surgical Critical Care.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Hirschfeld has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery with the University of Nevada and has held multiple Medical Director roles in wound care and home health. He is an active member of several national professional organizations and remains dedicated to continuing medical education and the highest standards of patient care.
